Refund & Return Policy

At Delusional Art, every piece is a unique, handcrafted, or hand-picked treasure. Because our items are one-of-a-kind, we have specific guidelines for returns:

• Damaged Items: If your resin art or "unusual find" arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a full refund or a replacement of equal value.
• Live Terrariums (Local Collection): Due to the delicate nature of living ecosystems, all terrarium sales are final once collected. We guarantee the plants are healthy at handover, but we cannot offer refunds for plants that fail due to improper care (lighting, watering, etc.) after they leave our studio.
• Change of Mind: For non-living items (skulls, canvases, toys), you have 14 days to request a return. The item must be in its original, "extraordinary" condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Non-Returnable: Custom commissions and sale items are non-refundable
